These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Presolt platform, website, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on its behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your internal research and analysis, subject to your plan and these Terms.
Presolt aggregates on-chain and market data from third-party sources. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. The Service is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice for upcoming billing periods.
The Service, including its software, design, and original content, is owned by Presolt and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Presolt is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any losses arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its data.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may cancel at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
